JY600 fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company based on the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. Widely used in geological exploration, it can also be used for drilling in engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, and other fields. It can also be used for drilling surveys in railway, highway, bridge, water conservancy and hydropower, and tunnel engineering.
Features:
1.Adopting Yuchai/Weichai turbocharged engines, fully hydraulic driven by axial piston pumps and triple gear pumps, the system has high pressure and strong power output.
2. The power head adopts a mechanical two-stage stepless speed regulation design, which doubles the low-speed torque and ensures smooth and reliable drilling. The power head is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism, making it easy to lift and release drilling tools. Equipped with Beijing Huade oblique axis plunger motor drive, it has a tight structure, small volume, high power, impact resistance, long service life, and high torque, greatly improving drilling efficiency.
