The HYDX-2A full hydraulic power head core drilling rig is a lightweight, portable geological exploration core drilling rig specially designed for areas with complex terrain and inconvenient transportation. The main engine includes a diesel power station, hydraulic system, control system, main winch, rope core winch, power head, feed system, and wellhead gripper.

It is mainly suitable for diamond rope core drilling technology. Mainly suitable for diamond and hard alloy drilling in solid mineral deposits, it can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, and can also be used for engineering drilling such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting.

Technical characteristics

1. The drilling rig has a compact structure, reasonable layout, superior performance, simple operation, and convenient maintenance, making it an ideal core drilling equipment.

2. The drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive and steel tracks for walking.

3. The rotation of the power head is driven by a variable pump and a motor, with mechanical two-stage stepless speed regulation and advanced structure.

4. The power head adopts a double speed oil cylinder chain feeding mechanism, which moves smoothly and reliably, and is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head.

5.The mast is lifted and lowered with oil cylinder. Angles of the mast can be adjusted within the range from 45 to 90 degrees for the drilling hole.

6. The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, and the spindle rotation adopts a closed circuit driven by dual motors, which has high work efficiency and large torque.

7. Equipped with upper and lower centering devices, with hydraulic clamps at the orifice.
